some leg and back stretches with a lap around the fields.
Tha Thang:
divide into 4 groups. Each group sends a member of their team to fetch 5 cards. Mode of transportation is bear crawl. The rest of the group does an exercise (squat, merkin, big boy, hello dolly) while the cards are being passed out. Once the cards are collected, the groups can decide if the want to stay and play or fold for a penalty of 10 burpees. The winning team gets off scot-free. The losing team has to perform 15 burpees.
Finished out with 15 minutes of Ultimate Frisbee.
