4 Stations on Each Corner of the Football Field – Rotating Counter Clockwise
Corner 1 – 25 push ups, other 2 hold planks, rotate so everyone does the 25
Corner 2 – 25 Gorilla Rows, other 2 hold planks, rotate through
Corner 3 – 25 OH press, other 2 hold planks, rotate
Corner 4 – drop the blocks, run to the playground, 25 pull ups while other 2 do dips. Rotate
Continue for 20 minutes
2nd 20 Minute AMRAP
Lower body done as a group in each corner
25 reverse lunges, 25 kettle bell swings, 25 Goblet Squats, 25 RDLs… repeat
