Run the long way via the ticket both to the dip bars
⬇️ = 5 dips (so ⬇️⬇️ = 10)
⬅️ = Cinder block slide from the Left while Bear Crawling, 9 blocks in a line
➡️ = Cinder block slide from the Right while Bear Crawling, 9 blocks in a line
⬅️ = Left side of the stadium bleachers

AAR: Good cardio ("That was a good amount of running" – Gilligan), explanation on the cinder blocks could be improved. Cones would've helped designate which side to start from. This workout spread us out, so the Q needs to be very intentional about keeping an eye on the 6 or identifying a sweeper PAX at the beginning of the workout to make sure no one ends up solo for too long.
