Number of FNGs: 1
Name of FNGs: No Mas (Matlock’s college roommate from Birmingham)

WarmOrama:
It was a foggy Savannah spring morning. Live oak leaves covered the ground, and the sand gnats were up early. Circled up, SSH, 4 count squats, Dr Romas Calf Raises, imperial walkers, standing-walking tin man’s, Hamms deep squat.

Tha Thang:
Hamms plan to use the entire field was put on pause due to the impending rugby tournament. Large men and women from across the southeast had descended upon Daffin park for the annual pre-St Patrick’s day rugby tournament. So, being the wise old Q that he is, Hamm pivoted.

Mosey to the old playground. 2 rounds of pull ups, lunges and incline merkins. 2 rounds of Australian pull ups, squats and dips.

Mosey to get the blocks. Hamm deftly jumped the fence with the grace of a 38 year old to gather Cindy’s for the pax. Blocs were held over head and taken to Oak Row down the middle of the park. Due to the proliferation (SAT word) of sand gnats, block exercises were completed on the move. A series of walking curls, overhead presses, and triceps exercises were done, alternating every two trees. Even four trees the pax stopped todo 5 burpees. Half way through lbcs and flutter kicks to 50.

Upon reaching the end of oak row, pax indigenous persons race walked with blocks to the running trail and slowed back to the fence. Blocks returned with more nimbleness from Hamm and workout concluded at the flag.

COT:
Pledge prayers and count/name o Rama. Prayers for those traveling and in need. Great to see Krispy Kreme again. Look forward to you continuing to join the small but mighty Daffin park AO. You’ll be running again before you know it. Great to name No Mas after a genius logic chain from High Life. And as always, great to spend time with High Life, our honorary local pax from Raleigh. Coffee after.
