Tha Thang:
4 Cones set up in the grass, Bear crawl to first cone perform 5 jump squats, bear crawl to next cone 10 jump squats, bear crawl to next cone 15 jump squats. Run a lap around parking lot. Same format but high knees and Merkins, run a lap, then duck walk and LBC's. All completed 2 rounds. There were some questionable looking duck walks.
Meet back at flag for a round of Mary including WWII, Freddie Merc, Heals to heaven, flutter kicks and some I forgot.
