The circuit was laid out around the City Hall with exercises setup along the way. Pax started from the corner of City Hall closest to our Tree of Life.

Rinse & Repeat for time. Got the heart rate elevated for sure and a range of 1.3-1.6 miles. Good push by all! #keepacclerating
