Someone got lucky in the OG parking lot the night before, leaving their "protection" on the pavement instead of in the trash can 20 feet away. At least the type of people that would leave used water balloons behind are actively preventing breeding.
Alice used a shovel (but not the shovel flag shovel) to clear the trash, but we obviously steered clear of that parking space.
