Since HC’s appear to be optional…. I proposed the 2 man rule to Scratch and we opted to follow through with the workout. So we started with the warm up. Right over left, left over right, straight leg, flamingo stretch, TTT, Imperial Walker, Hillbillies, Raise the Roof, SSH

Tha Thang:
Moseyed over to the pull up bars.

Mini Murph:

1 mile total, 50 Pull Ups, 100 Push Ups, 150 Squats.

Made it into a more digestible format broke it into 10 sets

5 Pull Ups/10 Push Ups/15 Squats/ 0.10 mile run

Pull up bars to the flag is 0.05 mi, so there and back is 0.10 for 10 sets we get to the full mile.

While in the midst of it the 2 man rule became more and more appealing, we both were thankful we pushed through it and met that 1% better goal for the day. Great conversation made the time fly by.
