2 Pax Did a mini murph. Completed 1 lap around the Lake and performed rounds of the following exercises:
5 Pull-Ups
10 Merkins
15 Squats . Rinse & repeat until we needed to get back for the beatdown.

We were missing our Q today so DJ Scribble handled the Warm-Up and I took the Q.

Tha Thang:
We grabbed 4 Cindys and headed to the Church across the street.

Each PAX grabbed a partner and one Cindy and lined up behind the Cindy for partner relays. Partner A Moseyed to the end of the parking lot & back while partner B performed exercises with Cindy. We changed the exercise after each pax had completed the exercise.

We lined up for an Indian Run around the parking lot and back.

We circled up in the front lot and set-up stations for a AMRAP circuit of the exercises listed below. One pax ran to the end of the lot and back and acted as the human timer and we rotated around the circle.

One arm Rows

Overhead Press

Headed back to the Circle and put cindy away.
We lined up around the circle and bear crawled the circle one time and Lunge walked the circle one time.

This left us with 4 minutes of Mary:
