The GO-AB consisted of Pax taking off on a mosey with various stops through out the parking lot. At each stop Pax performed various Ab exercises IC that included but not limited to:

-LBCs
-Flutter Kicks
-Hello Dollies
-Freddy Mercs
-WWI's
-Boat Canoes
-and more
Two stops in the middle various leg exercises we indulged:
-Tennessee Rocking chairs
-Depth Charges
-Lunges
-Jump Squats
-Calf Raises
All had a good time and all were 1% better for it
