COT:
NOR, COR, AAR:
-PAX enjoyed the warm-up and beatdown, dubbing it the "Sneaky Snuggie beatdown". PAX invited YHC to come back to the OG RHill. Emphasised the importance that when the weight gets heavy, your brother carries the load with you.

Announcements:
-F3CE Convergence in Guyton 5/16

Prayers:
-Pray for Chops
-Prayers for PAX, family members, with surgeries and recovery.
-Unspoken prayers for PAX

Naked Moleskin:
PAX were invigorated, considering YHC was hijacking their AO and the frigid temperature. Testament to the core principle of "held out door, we are there", & "Peer lead in a rotating fashion." PAX pushed themselves and held each other accountable during the beatdown. Accountability was strong, as one PAX worked and the other used body weight. YHC could tell that PAX did not want to let their partner down. No PAX was left behind, and emphasis was intentionally placed on remembering the SIX. YHC helped to sharpen the PAX of the OG RHill, with intentions to leave them BETTER MEN, not broken.
