Mosey to practice field. Peoples chair while performing OH claps x 27 IC. Partner up for Bear crawl catch me if you can. Partner one starts bear crawling while partner two runs to other end of field and return to meet partner bear crawling. Flip flop and continue till the distance is covered. Next, do the same thing on the way back and add 5 merkins to the bear crawl each time the team switches.
Mosey back to flag. Good story time with 54 Superman merkins mixed in (Similar to hand release except add a clap while on the ground) Maybe an addition to the Exicon? 10 Minutes of random mary’s closed us out.
