38 – 2 Month Late B-Day Q

9 PAX posted in the gloom for a wet, refreshing start to the day. Introducing 2.0, honorary member, and Clemson Fan; “R-6.”

Disclaimer and warm-ups ended with a snake run to the pull-up/dip station. 38 reps each of Merkins, Split Jump Squats, Pull-Ups, Dips, and Lunges. All exercises were completed at Station 1. After each 38 rep exercise, a run down the parking lot ended with 10 WWII’s only to return for more.

With time remaining, a short game of Ultimate Mini-Football was completed, with yes, BC’s team losing again!
