Tha Thang:
8 HIMs tackled the frozen tundra (okay frosty turf) this morning.
After Warmarama we did a little Last Man Up down to the turf fields. 4 cones were spaced out on the goal line and 4 cones spaced on the 25-yard line. As a group we ran the cones as follows: Starting at the 1st goal line cone we performed a forward run to the 25-yd cone, backward run back to goal line, run to next set of cones to get some right Karaoke to 25-yd cone and left Karoake back to goal, run to next set for some high knees to 25-yd and butt kickers back to goal, run to last set and finish like we started with some forward run and backward run.
First round of full body fun consisted of 20 push-up jacks (spread feet when you go down), 20 Bonnie Blaires (sp?) and 60 LBCs.
Then we performed the same cone drill for round 2
Round 2 of full body fun consisted of 20 moving push ups, 20 high jumps and 30 ski abs.
Back for a 3rd round of the same cone drill.
Round 3 of full body fun consisted of 20 shoulder presses (somewhat downward dog position), 20 high kicks and 60 American Hammers.
Then we all took a stroll to the bleachers for a group bleacher run (Beware of the Ice).
Back to the parking lot for 10 burpies, 20 dips and 30 sit ups.
Got back up to the Flag the same way we traveled to the turf – Last Man Up.
