Move back to playground, 10 more pull ups partner assist if needed
Then commence round 2 (speed round) continuous reps while partner down and back:
Back pedal out, sprint back

-Flutter kick with cinder block in the air
-Goblet squats
Move back to playground, 10 more pull ups, then mosey back to shovel flag
