Wx – Chilly 34 degrees with no wind and a bit of frost all around. YHC and a few others wore gloves (Pooler influence is settling in LOL)
– Disclaimer and refresh of the Purpose of F3 and the (5) Core Principles
– “Donut rule” called (if one of RH’s or Bryan County’s finest is spied at the Shell station – we do 10 bonus burpees). Sadly, our first responders were not seen (sad)
– (13) high knees in cadence
– “21’s” -which the PAX nailed
– (5) celebratory burpees for getting 21’s correct
– (13) Imperial Walkers
– (10) Chinooks in each direction

Tha Thang:
Mosey to the parking lot adjacent to the soccer fields.
(Modified) Quarter Pounder – so named because the quads an hammies tend to get burned (“ham burner”, get it?)
– (5) burpees to start
– run to next parking lot island & do (25) Merkins – backwards run to start and repeat (5) burpees
– run to 2nd island (50) squats – back we go for another (5 burpees)
– 3rd island was (75) mountain climbers
– 4th island was (100) SSH
– finish off with (5) more burpees (yay!)
The PAX were still hungry, so the next serving was a “double”
Double Quarter Pounder
Same as above, but on each progressive forward run the PAX had to stop at each station to and do each exercise.

– Several PAX broke into Christmas carols during the Double QP round
