The HIMs moseyed over to the fields. (Inspired by @Sal’s legendary BEAST workout, the first Saturday work out I posted to some time in 2019, I based today’s beat down on the BEAST.) The men lined up at the goal line. The workout was simple. Do 5-10 reps of the exercise, run 10 yds to the next line, and repeat, all the way down the field. The goal was to have a BLAST:
-First length of the field: 5 Burpees at each 10 yd line
-To get back: Lunge 10 yds, then do 10 reps of Abs (Big Boi Sit-ups recommended but modify as necessary, dealers choice at each 10 yd line)
-Next length of the field: 10 Squats at each 10 yd line
-To get back: 5 T-Push-ups at each 10 yd line
After having a BLAST, the HIMs finished with a 21 yd relay race. Each man held a plan while his teammates ran, with 3 rounds: sprint down and back, backpedal down and sprint back, and karaoke down and back.
