Warmed up quick in plank with a disclaimer. Hit some through the tunnels. It was at this point the jokes started flying with the connection of the Q and workout title. Hit up some Don’s and Hillbilly’s before getting to Tha Thang.

Tha Thang:
We started out with a slow mosey warm up lap to explain the beat down. Main goal was to get the heart rate up and keep it there. Basically 30 SSH at each tree with a different workout executed between each tree. We went down and back taking 35 minutes. Finished up with 5 minutes of Mary.

* Tree 1 – 30 SSH
* Between – burpee long jump
* Tree 2 – 30 SSH
* Between – butt kicks (more > fast)
* Tree 3 – 30 SSH
* Between – high knees (more > fast)
* Tree 4 – 30 SSH
* Between – road side shuffle
* Tree 5 – 30 SSH
* Between – school side shuffle
* Tree 6 – 30 SSH
* Suicides shuffle 10, 20, 30, 40, 50 (Sprint down and lunge back)
* Repeat in reverse back to the flag
