Warm up lap, 30 SSH, 10 leg lift up and over , 15 TTT, 12 Don Quixote, 15 IW, 10 morracan night clubs, 10 Chinooks each direction.
20 burpeees
Tha Thang:
Mosey 1/4 mile. 25 squats, side lunge left , then right , then lunge , 10 burpee. Four rounds.
Stacking jungle boys and Bonny Blair’s after squats ,
And adding dirty dogs and AL ass kickers behind the burpees. Four (4) rounds.
75 calf raises
50 step ups , each leg, using picnic table seat.
Lunge backward down boat ramp, back peddle up then boat ramp , two (2) rounds.
20 more burpees at AO. 80 burpees total.
