50 Funky Lunges (Cheddar Biscuit)

100 jungle squats (Door Jam)

150 calf raises (FroZone)

200 money humpers (Bogey)

250 squats with Cindy (Zip Drive)

3 more burpees, hold Al Gore for 45 seconds, 3 more burpees.

Funky Lunge – YHC saw a workout done by Mark Wahlberg, of Marky Mark and the Funky Bunch fame. While holding a Cindy, do a lunge forward and then immediately a lunge backwards with the same leg. That's 1 rep. Burns the quads and hammies while also working on lateral balance. Named these in tribute to the Funky Bunch because Marky Mark gets too much credit.
