Started out with a mosey to end of the field where I had 6 cones spread out with about 10-ish yards in between. We had an exercise take you from base of ladder to the next cone, on the first set (way up ladder), once at the cone we did some merkins or squats that were in accordance with which cone we were on. Then ran back to base to hit some LBC’s.

-bear crawl (30 yards)

-High knees (40 yards)

Now back down the ladder so everything is reverse or backwards.

Grand total: 150 merkins, 150 squats, 300 LBC’s
– Had a few more minutes to do some Mary so R-12 lead us in some Gas pumpers. Pergo led some box cutters. The crazy, (usually) shirtless, embarrassing, questionable Bogey lead us in pickle pushers to finish up.
