Began with a round table merkin competition. Pax performed 1 rep merk and held plank while the next pax performed rep. Repeated around the circle until the participants dropped out one by one to do some OYO LBCs. Those still in the competition continued until a champion was crowned.
Performed the below exercises for 50 seconds, with 10 seconds rest. Went through 2x for 20 total minutes of work.
