Went for a run down the street to the Pooler Rec Playground
While there each Pax knocked out x15 pull-ups, x40 dips, & x25 decline merks. Cheddar Biscuit didn’t want to leave the Mary-Go-Round but we had to get back. Made the run back to AO site. Completed 2.5-ish miles in total
A few Pax went for an EC run to put the total over 3 miles
