YHC is a huge Atlanta Braves fan and took Brady Bunch’s workout from last Wed at OG Pooler and tweaked it since we don’t have any pull-up bars at the Colosseum yet.
So, YHC tried something a little different and pre-assigned teams prior to the workout. This not only helps with accountability to each other it really shows who checks Slack like they’re supposed to right Deuce?

To honor Hammerin’ Hank’s passing and celebration of his life we did the following exercises in cadence 4-count within our small teams. YHC did not take into account that a few of us are terrible at public math. So yes, as a team you have to do the number listed but it has to be in cadence. And yes that means we are doing more reps than really listed since we have three PAX per team.
5 – 0.4 mile laps around the bus loop
50 – Australian snow angels together as a team
100 – Merkins
150 – OHP
200 – Bonnie Blair’s with a Cindy hop in between reps
250 – Cindy Curls
So 755 reps total for all those home runs Hank Aaron hit. And yes since we did them in cadence 4-ct we took the harder route and are better for it.

YHC lost track of time and we ended going over a little but no splashing of merlot. It’s a tie BC, happy birthday.
