This was a standard Walls of Jericho routine(borrowed from Colosseum AO; however, performed efficiently better!) – 7 reps of 7 exercises and a lap, repeated 7 times.

Finished on our 6 with a heavy round of Shermanators. Then held plank as we said an interesting fact about ourselves then repped our a merk for each one.
