Mozy to end of parking lot knocking out 3 sets of 10 Merkins en route. Deck of cards split into 26 exercises ensued. VQ drew first card for reps (number card+10=reps, face card=25, dreaded ace=100). Second card was exercise, VQ had cliffs notes as some cards were digging deep into the dark depths of Exicon. Break every 5 minutes for Merkins. Went something like this, with the pleasant sound of pure NYC street grunge metal wafting through the chilly 36 degree lake air:

Finish strong with 16 More Merkins (Thanks FLO) for a nice, even 150.
