Indian run just in time for each pax to take two turns- found cindy sleeping in the dark woods of FNHAM- woke her up and made a round table circle. Pax choice using cindy, with 28 reps of each.
curls, bentover rows, Cindy switch hand merks, AH, WWII, Overhead press, Kettlebell, flutterkicks, decline merks, 200 yard run and back to the table for another round. Second round some pax changed to include Goblet squats, WWII, which made two sets of WWI in one round, incline merks, cindy bearcrawlz around circle, bunnyhops 14 out/in, Murder bunnies 14 out/in. Put Cindy back to bed and mosey to flag, careful to avoid lava (Grass islands).
