Last man up to the turf fields.
Before getting started, had to wait for a Pax to make a pit stop. The rest of the Pax did 10 burpees as a penalty. Not the first time this has happened nor do I believe it will be the last.
Team race. Each 25 yards perform 10 Merkins.
All team members must complete merkins before moving on. (100 Merkins total)
Ran 2 set of bleachers with 10 Merkins in between before heading to playground for a little circuit training.
Circuit 30s each AMRAP: pull-ups, squats, dips. Completed 3 circuits.
Last man up back to the flag. Trophy shot out of the gate but lost steam shortly after, fortunately he didn’t blow a tire.
Time left for some dictator-style Mary IC: 25 box cutters, 25 gas pumpers, 25 LBC, and 25 cockroaches.
