4 men met in the late bird post Valentine’s Day gloom, which for Costal Georgia has seemed a little extra wetter and chillier than normal Coastal Georgia glooms.
Warm up commenced:
-15 Morrocan Jacks IC
-15 Don Quixotes IC
-15 Grass Pickers IC
-15 Merkins IC (30 total)
Tha Thang:
Inspired by @BCGs recent “I love Cindy” Q last week, as dictator a vote was held, do you love Cindy? Votes were tallied and it was agreed to not tell Cindy those who didn’t love her.
The men moseyed to the hurt locker where Cindy’s were stashed and everyone grabbed a Cindy. @BCG required that the Q take Big Bertha so naturally I did.
The men then moseyed to the softball playground. There the men did the following circuit:
-10 blockees
-10 Cindy weighted pull ups (or AMRAP/muscle failure)
-10 Cindy standing rows/side
-10 Cindy tricep curls (standing, curl Cindy from behind head to overhead position)
-10 Cindy dips
Between each circuit, the men did bear crawl down and back (two lengths total) of the playground
COT:
After 3 sets, the men moseyed back to the shovel flag. There they pledged, counted, and lifted each other in prayer.
