WarmOrama:
Started with a slow stretch down the middle with feet together. Hit a disclaimer/warming during plank. Finished the warm-up with through the tunnels and SSH.

***QIC did laugh inside during the warmorama as half the pax “thought” the workout was going to be ruck “friendly”!

Tha Thang:
Broke into 2 groups….evenly dividing the “ruck friendly” pax. Each team sent a team member to a corner of the track.

Corner 1: Burpee bear crawl
Corner 2: Flutter kicks
Corner 3: American Hammers
Corner 4: Squats

Starting at the school columns (corner 1) one pax would do a burpee at each column (8 total) then bear crawl to the next. After all Columns completed, the pax would run to corner 2. Relieving pax of flutter kicks and releasing them to run to corner 3. Rinse and repeat at every corner.

Needless to say, our track is bigger than yours. This sucked especially for my overachieving ruck friendly friends!
