Tha Thang:
Pick up Cindy. Mosey to first tree in the bus loop nearest the flag. Then do one blockee. Murder bunny to second tree and then do two blockees. Rinse and repeat until last tree in lane. There were seven trees/sign total. YHC thought it would be nice to break up the long gap between two trees by stopping at a traffic sign. Cheddar Biscuit gently reminded everyone that just means more blockees to do. My bad young Padawan. LOL

After last tree, mosey with Cindy around the bus loop to the next set of trees. For this stretch YHC thought it would be fun to switch from blockees to modified Navy Seals. Basically add a fourth push-up in their. Again, ascending ladder of 4-count Navy Seals with the block until you get to the last tree. At least we weren’t murder bunny’ing in between trees.

We ended up running out of time so we put Cindy away and did 10 penalty burpees.

COT:
The original Q plan was going to be a scavenger hunt but YHC called a few audibles and tried to keep it simple considering the wet weather. R-12 dubbed the first set of trees the Murder Bunny Marathon. And the second set of tree exercises the Ranger Bunnies. We did have two Cindy’s that were obliterated by Jalapeño and Cheddar Biscuit. I’m kinda bummed I couldn’t say that no Cindy’s were hurt in the making of this workout, but oh well. R-12 and Fro-Zone had a great idea to save the block remnants to start building up a real Colosseum. Should only take us a few decades to make that happen and YHC will be a triple respect by then.

Prayed for Jalapeños father in law and for Doughboy’s continued recovery. And also for our country and our continued strength to be better fathers, husbands, friends, and co-workers. Let’s all continue to be thankful and support each other.
