Picked up the Cindys and Moseyed to 60 yards out doing rifle carry. Placed the cindy at the end of the routine.
Tha Thang:
A simple rinse and repeat. Started at one end and performed the following:
10- Burppes
10- (4) count Mt Climbers
10 – Man Makers
10 -(4) count SSH
Bear Crawl to the next station 20 yards out.
Performed this 3 more time unitl we got to the Cindys.
Then turned around and head back Same routine.
But this time heading back we performed
Ranger Blockie Murder Bunnies. (Hard to explane but it sucks)
It is a Blockie with a Murder Bunny.
Each pax pushed at his level and did the work.
A good beat down.
