To kick off the month of March, 5 late bird HIMs met with one goal in mind: get sharper as iron sharpens iron.
Warm up began with 20 4-count exercises:
-Moroccan Jack
-Imperial Walker
-Slow squat
-High plank shoulder taps
Tha Thang:
Afterwards in dictator fashion, a vote was held for school rules vs playground rules (in honor of the first vote originally held on the same topic). A narrow 3-2 victory went to school rules. The men moseyed in single file, next man up fashion to the school playground, where they did AMRAP in 17 minutes of the MARCH workout:

The high score was 7 (all 5 HIMs made it through at least 7 times). The HIMs moseyed back to the shovel flag.
