Chase to MES Playground (1st partner takes off with block, partner does five burpees and then pursues until catching and switching the block, burpees ensue as other partner takes off – repeat until both partners are at MES Playground)

50 pull-ups (block weighted on feet)
100 squats
150 push-ups

Once finished begin ab work OYO – Big Boi sit-ups until entire PAX is finished. Upon completion partner run to MES Carline

50 Leg Ups on Median (25 each Leg)

Once finished – Ab Work (LBC’s) until PAX finished. Partner run to Buckhead playground.
