Herschel Walker Flipped a Coin
Today is Herschel's Birthday, 59 years old today!
When Herschel was deciding to go to college or enter the military he flipped a coin to decide! I am sure GA fans were happy of the flip results…
Partner drills, flip a coin to decide who runs or does merkins. Do merkins while partner runs a lap around soccer field.
Next set flip a coin to decide who does bleachers or big boi situps Do situps while partner does 10 sets of bleachers.
Rinse and repeat….
Herschel did 2,000-3,000 pushups and situps a day, not enough time for that in 45 minute workout….
PK and I did 10 rounds… Totals for 🏆: 325 merkins, 150 Situps, 3 rounds of bleachers and 2 laps on the fields…
