1st Trip Around the County Building w/stops at each corner (Sprinting b/t lights): 20 x 4 – American Hammer
2ndTrip Around the County Building (Block in tow) w/stops at each corner (Rifle carry b/t light): 20 x 4 – Man Makers
3rd Trip Around the County Building w/stops at each corner: 20 x 4 Chinooks
4th /5thTrip Around the County Building – Partner Sprint: One Partner Sprints around building, other does belly work!
Grab the block and Murder Bunny – Approx 50 Yards back to hurt locker.
