15 IC Imperial Walkers. We learned that my cadence was a bit faster than intended.
10 Arm circles forward, 10 circles backwards
15 Air Presses
15 Tunnels

Tha Thang:
Stang had a brutal Tabata workout planned… too bad he slept through his alarm! Sherman took the backup Q, and everyone present helped Q on the fly!

Sherman had the gang start off with a mosey thru the parking lot.
We followed that short jaunt with burpees, merks, freddie mercurys, and calf raises.
About that time, noodles found a baseball. Henceforth, whoever had the baseball Q'd a chunk of the workout.

Spike got the ball next. We followed him in a mosey to the other end of the parking lot, do some WW2's and Merkins

Noodles turn with the ball came. He challenged us not to lose to an old man in a sprint. Spike was the only one to beat him. As punishment, we backpedaled to the start line to do some ranger merkins.

Noodles relinquished the ball to Clog. We followed him on a nice mosey, followed by some bear crawls and backpedals. Clog devised a routine that involved 15 burpees and 75 air presses. It was brutal.

The ball found its way back to Sherman, who went on a mosey, followed by dips along the curb, and 6-90s.

Noodles just couldn't wait his turn, and took the ball again. He said something about wanting to go on a picnic. We followed him on a mosey to the tables, where we did step-ups, proper dips, incline/decline merks. We also learned Noodles has no concept of counting when it comes to single count step up per leg.

Finally the ball reluctantly found its way back to Spike, who led us back to the flag for one last hoorah. He wanted to hold a plank until the group could collectively count off to 45, then we rolled over for some LBCs.

We finished the session with a fury of SSH, squats and merks, and were happy to call this one done.

PS some exercises and practically all of the rep counts were forgotten
