Despite a tough loss to Rutgers last night, glad to have LiveWire honor his HC. Primary kept true to form and kept it from being a twosome Saturday.

Got things started by turning up some old school JOCK JAMS. Moseyed to the McCallister basketball courts for some March Madness action. Stopped 4 times to do 20 Merkins/10 Body Builders alternating at each stop.
Once at the basketball court each pax took a free throw. Those that made it got to skip the first line in the next drill.
3 rounds of Suicides (free throw, half, free throw, end line)
Squat jumps around the three point arc with plank walk x 3 in between “shots.”
32 Dips (one for each team playing today)
2 rounds of figure 8 Side shuffles (SS) x 2
-SS along sideline to half, sprint to opposite sideline, SS along opposite end sideline, sprint across baseline, SS to half, sprint to opposite sideline, SS opposite end line, and sprint back to start point.
Elite 8MOM: 20 Box cutters, 20 Gas Pumpers, 20 LBC
At this point Chop showed up after hearing the jams and F3 “whoop” call in the distance!!
Repeated the workout to ensure Chop was able to get his money’s worth. Suicides, 3 point squat jumps, dips, SS figure 8s.
More Mary: 20 Boat Canoes, 20 Freddy Mercury, 20 BBS
Decided to play a 2v2 half court game. Congrats to Chop and LiveWire on the comeback victory and the opportunity to cut down the net! (I think the ‘Noles could benefit from Chop’s skills in today’s matchup.)
