Figured our P200 runners didn’t want to do any more running so decided to just stay in the circle for the day. Pretty simple workout, 5 rounds of 5 exercises.
1. Burpees
2. Crunches
3. Overhead press
4. Squats
5. Curls
All done in 20 reps per round to add up to 100 reps of each exercise.
Then ran through some quick Mary with American hammers WITH cindy , flutter kicks, box cutters, mountain climbers, hello dollys, captain W’s and lawn mower pulls.
