Partner team workout, one ⚽️ ball and cindy per team. Mosey to painlocker and mosey to long main parking lot in the park. First team to the end of parking lot and back.
One kicker, one brick carrier. Kicker tells carrier where to set brick. Kicker attempts to kick ball to brick, carrier redirects as many times as need. 25 ct penalty everytime ball is touched. 50 ct exercise for each kick.
50 ct baseline rotated between merkin, bigboy situp, and air squat. 25 ct penalty involved brick work: OHP, American Hammer, and kettlebell swing.
