We set off on a mosey to to the rec park up the road, with stops along the way.
First stop:
-Merkins 13 IC
-Boxcutters 15 IC
-Slow squats 10 IC
At this point R-12 caught up and added 5 penalty burpees
Second stop:
-10 diamond merkins OYO
-Walking lunges to the next telephone pole
Upon arrival to the playground:
-Dips 20 OYO
-Pullups 5 OYO
-Step-ups with knee up, 20 each leg OYO
-Incline merkins 20 OYO
-Pullups 5 OYO
We then headed on the way back, with no basketball court suicides (sorry Frozone)

Third stop:
YHC thought a fire truck was coming down the road and so called 5 burpees. Turns out it was a school bus.
