YHC introduced some new coupons to our stash – 28 ea. brick, paver, red, without holes, marked. Each Pax grabbed two and circled up. While holding the bricks:
– Seal claps 10 IC
– Raise the roof 20 IC
– Ralphies 10 IC
Then, because R-12 didn’t kill our legs enough on Monday, we did traveling Nutcrackers (start standing with bricks straight up overhead; do a lunge while bringing bricks together between the legs, stand up back to starting position) to the third tree and circled up again:
– Squats with bricks held out 15 IC
– Boxcutters iron-cross style with bricks 20 IC
– Flutter kicks with bricks overhead 15 IC
– American hammers 15 IC
– Brickees 10 OYO
– SSH (no bricks) 20 IC to give YHC time to think of the next exercise
Pax then moseyed to the covered entrance and selected a column, and held a peoples’ chair with bricks straight out for one minute.
Pax then paired off for Pump Jacks – Pax 1 does 5 merkins while Pax 2 holds plank, then Pax 2 does 5 merkins while Pax 1 holds plank. Repeat till failure. When each pair hit failure, proceed to more traveling Nutcrackers until all pairs have failed.
Cheddar biscuit then introduced a routine from his football days:
Alternating curls 10 IC
Alternating rows 10 IC
OHP 10 IC
Algore with bricks straight out.
Deuce then tried to lead something like a boxing move but that didn’t pan out, so then he led something else like a bent-over arm fly.
Pax moseyed back to the flag and circled up for something YHC is tentatively calling Brick Angels, 20 IC:
Start with arms down, at sides.
Raise arms until straight out at sides (1)
Bring bricks in to chest (2)
Extend bricks straight up (3)
Bring bricks back to chest (4)
Extend arms back out to sides (5)
Return to starting position for one rep.
Pax stowed the bricks in the coupon area then circled up for a bit of Mary:
