Epic lead 15 minutes of warm-up, including the usual suspects (SSH, Thru-the-Tunnels, plank, etc) and some Tabata style timed exercises such as long-jumps, line jumps, high-knees, etc. Warm-Up ended with a ‘Baby Shark’ routine, including plank-jacks (baby shark), jump-squats (mama shark), skipping in a circle (daddy shark). Good job calling cadence, Epic!
Tha Thang:
The main event was a game of ultimate frisbee. The 2.0 team started slowly, but handed a decisive defeat to the regular Pax. Lesson learned: don’t bring a dark frisbee to the gloom!
COT:
We announced an Effingham 5k at Baker’s Pond, May 22nd. Organizers include Hobby Lobby and Swabbie, details on Slack soon.
