At the field conducted the following per group:
Round 1
100 Merkins
150 Squats
150 Big Boi Sit-Ups
Partner runs 200 yard sprints with Cindy in tow while partner completes exercises then switches.
Round 2
50 Burpees
100 Bonnie Blair’s
100 Kettle Bell Swings
Partner murder bunnies 100 yards while other partner completes exercise then switches until meeting the mark!
We all circled up for some number-rama, name-o-rama and quite a bit of Ab work throughout.
Finished up with partner pursuit to mid-way point. This was all gas no brakes action the whole way back to the hurt locker and the AO!
