Moved to the grass and did an exercise with hands locked behind the head moving down to the knees one at a time and back up again. Two rounds of 10 starting on opposite side each time. Then pax held plank while one pax repeated previous exercise until everyone had a turn. Then we went and found Cindy hiding in the woods. I found a really big one. Some pax referred to it as the Q-block. It was loads of fun working out with it. We did whole lot of stuff then put Cindy back to bed. Circled up for a little Mary.
