– Side straddle hop
– Concrete pickers
– Cobra and downward dog hard stretching
Tha Thang:
Phase One of The Thang brought to you by Yo-Lo.
Mosey to the hurt locker and pick up Cindy. Return to administration building and partner up.
– partner skips to second light pole and back peddles back while partner begins team total of 200 chest presses, 150 bicep curls and 100 squats. Switch off each time partner returns from cardio. Once reps are complete each team does 100 combined decline mericans.
Phase Two sponsored in part by Duke
Last man up to the playground. Partner up and complete:
– 25 pull ups each
– 50 squats each
– 100: 2 count freddy mercurys each
Run the bleachers. Just a little fun, not too much, just somewhere in the middle. Once complete, find some curb and complete 30: 4 count dips in cadence with periodic leg raises. Last man up back to the hurt locker to say goodbye to Cindy. Return to AO. .

Prayers for @Livewires mother-in-law and daughter as they both begin the healing process from injury. Prayers to @Chops friend during his difficult time moving forward, and for the Richmond Hill family who experienced a devasting home fire Thursday evening.
