Mosey over to school where we performed a holding squat challenge (credit Door-Jam with the dub) then around the world (10 each of a decline, incline and left/right offset Merkins).
Tha Thang:
YHC had pax start on the far end of the bus loop to perform 11’s with slight modify. At the start line each pax performed 10 burpees & 1 Squat then sprinted to the last station where we promptly returned to the 2nd station with a mosey. Pax then performed 9 burpees & 2 squats then sprinted to the last station where the pax again moseyed promptly back to the 3rd station to complete 8 burpees & 3 squats, rinse repeat until pax completed ALL 10 stations.
In traditional Colosseum style we had plenty of time for some Mary – A variety of Colosseums/ Slow Hammers/Box Cutters/LBCs/Monkey Humpers/Shoulder Taps/Leg Lifts were all called.
