Tha Thang:
-Four stations set up on the track.
-1st station – 10 regular burpees
-2nd station – 10 burpees with plank jacks
-3rd station – 10 burpees with three hand release merkins
-4th station – 10 burpees with three jump squats
Complete each station and running in between stations(like a fun) and do as many laps as you can in 25 minutes.
Ended with a static balance exercise(what Daniel Son did in the Karate Kid on the post) and hold for as long as you can for 5 minutes.
