Upon arriving, the warriors partnered up.

-10 T Push ups (aka hand release)
-Hold plank until partner returns (high plank or forearm plank)
Meanwhile partner 2 sprints to playground:
-5 leg tucks (while hanging in dead hang pull up position, bring knees to touch elbows, back down to dead hang)
-20 jump lunges aka Bonnie Blairs aka Iron Mikes
-Run back to start point, send partner to playground, partner 2 is now partner 1
