Mosey to the hurt locker and grab your ole girl Cindy! It’s time for a little competitive spirit and fun. Head to the turf fields, after all no one wants to end up like Livewire!
Once you get to the turf fields and pairs are decided meet at the 50 yard line. For each set at the fifty you will do 20 curls and 20 dips with Cindy!
1st set – both partner murder bunny to the goal line , press out 20 OHP and then rifle carry back to midfield.
2nd set – both partners murder bunny to the goal line, 20 KB swings and rifle carry back to midfield.
3rd set – both partners murder bunny to the goal line, 20 man makers and rifle carry back to the midfield.
4th set – both partners murder bunny to the goal line, 20 goblet squats and rifle carry back to the midfield.
5th set- both partners murder bunny to the goal line, 20 upright rows and rifle carry back to the midfield.
These exercises are intended for speed when completed with five sets or waiting on partner you are doing Mary work with Big Boi sit ups, you will also do big boi sit ups as everyone finishes.
Once complete follow the Q it’s time for some bleacher run, murder bunny, rifle carry fun! Teams of 3 to 4 made it happen finishing with 10 burpees finish the drill!
Next up – Groups of three for the following competition:
Start at midfield, murder bunny down to goaline, switch to partner for 100 yard rifle carry and final partner brings it home with 50 yards of Murder Bunnies for the win at midfield! We all got better today and finished up with a last man up run to the AO!
